The stove was fitted and commissioned today and I must congratulate Range Exchange for supplying me with such a brilliant piece of engineering. As I look at it now having watched its progress from a pile of pieces I am utterly amazed at the attention to detail with the finished item, a top quality product at a fraction of the price of a new one. What an amazing level of customer service.From the initial conversations to the final delivery & fitting was just fantastic.Having recently moved from London to Kent I was fully prepared for the London experience of uninformed , missed delivery , wrong product so imagine my surprise when I got what I ordered , when I needed it at the price I wanted and that's even after I changed the colour half way through my order.The sales , delivery and fitting was so stress free , all businesses should be run like Range Exchange.

Wow I have been let down at great cost by Loyd Hitchmough of Range Exchange this week. A date three or four weeks ago was set to purchase and remove my aga by Loyd. He said he would call the day before to re-confirm. I didn't receive that confirmation. After a couple of emails and phone messages from me, he calls on the day to say his guy would be coming. He then called later to say his guy was late and then he couldn't come at all. We agreed that we could come the next morning.... Which came, and I received a text message from Loyd again saying he can't come 'because the workshop have sent him to Cornwall'. I then asked if it could be re-arrange a third time (at great inconvenience to us... ) And I got a short text back saying 'sell it to someone else'. Loyd knew the removal of this AGA was time sensitive to us because we have house renovations starting within days.He has caused us massive inconvenience and it now means we will have to pay someone at very short notice to dismantle it, when we could have organised another buyer weeks ago.

This Company were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. All correspondence was efficiently answered, and technical knowledge was given in order to ensure all the kitchen dimension were correct before install. The fitting team were efficient, and provided a great overview of the AGA once installed. I would recommend this company in heartbeat to anyone wishing to buy a reconditioned AGA. We initially had significant issues with the Aga we bought (total control) but Loyd ordered the new parts at huge expense to them and fitted them. The Aga seems to be working beautifully now. Thank you for resolving this problem.

If you have any doubts when considering placing an order with "Range Exchange" then DONT.I've had three cookers from this company over the years, each time I renovate a property the first thing I do is give them a call, Fantastic value for money and great professional people to deal with. I’ve recently moved out of a busy heptic city lifestyle, trying to reconnect with my partners and my rural lifestyle. We both agreed, that nocountry kitchen is complete without an Aga range cooker! Nothing was too much trouble! As this was our first Aga we had lots of questions and the sales team at Range Exchange were extremely informative and courteous to deal with. I would just like to thank Range Exchange for their excellent advice and service. Having used a rayburn cooker for the last year and being not at all impressed, they advised the best route for myself to go down and delivered an excellent 13amp aga cooker meeting all of my requirements.
